We can offer bespoke private classes suitable for either private groups or staff.   Perfect for team building or to help promote health & wellbeing - small to large groups welcome (minimum 6 people.)
 
These workshops can be tailored to your own requirements .  The workshop/class can be held at The Glasshouse within the beautiful Kirkleatham Walled Garden or alternatively we could come to your chosen venue (travel costs would apply.)
